A simple guided meditation to find inner peace:
Find a comfortable position
Sit or lie down in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Close your eyes gently
Or soften your gaze downward if you prefer to keep them open.
Focus on your breath
Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing without trying to change it.
Count your breaths
Count from 1 to 10, then start over. This gives your mind something to focus on.
When your mind wanders
Gently bring your attention back to your breath. This is normal and part of the practice.
End with gratitude
Take 3 deep breaths and think of something you're grateful for.
